A calm, collaborative space to slow down and explore what’s happening beneath the surface.
Who
we are
Dr Brittany McConnell is a Clinical Psychologist and yoga teacher who offers a warm, reflective space to explore life with curiosity rather than judgment. Her work is grounded in the belief that healing happens when we are able to soften expectations, listen inwardly, and reconnect with ourselves with compassion. Therapy is collaborative and formulation-led, gently balancing containment and challenge, and tailored to each individual’s needs.
With over a decade of experience across NHS and private inpatient, community, and research-based settings, Brittany works collaboratively with people of all ages and diverse backgrounds to support meaningful psychological change.
Dr McConnell is registered with the HCPC.
